Leah Wuitschik, BN, MA, CEC, PCC
President & Co-Founder of TallTrees Leadership, Coach & Facilitator
Leah Wuitschik’s journey from nurse to leadership coach is rooted in her passion for helping people thrive. She loves working alongside individuals, teams, and organizations to uncover their potential, connect with their values, and spark meaningful change.
Before diving into leadership coaching, Leah lived the fast-paced, demanding world of nursing and healthcare. She worked in various healthcare settings, taking on leadership roles that gave her firsthand insight into the industry's highs, lows, and endless possibilities. This experience shaped her understanding of the daily challenges healthcare professionals face.
Now, Leah uses that knowledge to support healthcare leaders and teams in finding their footing and leading authentically and confidently. Known for her genuine warmth, empathy, and down-to-earth approach, she empowers others to grow as leaders and create positive, lasting impacts in their work and lives.
Leah has a Bachelor of Nursing, a Master of Arts in Leadership, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, and is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She is the President & Co-Founder of TallTrees Leadership, a coaching organization dedicated to working with healthcare professionals.
At home in beautiful Calgary, Leah is a mom to a spirited nine-year-old daughter, a wife, and a dog mom to an adorable pup. Whether coaching or spending time with her family, she’s all about connection, growth, and making every moment count.
Carol Gray, MN, CEC, PCC

Carol has the expertise and passion for working with others to help them achieve their full potential in leadership roles or in transitions in their personal and professional lives. Her depth of knowledge and skill in coaching and leadership development allow her to connect with people in an engaging and powerful way. She believes that everyone has the potential to reach their goals. Her interest is firmly planted in supporting and empowering those who work in the healthcare field.
Carol brings over three decades of healthcare experience and, in her diverse senior leadership roles, has led teams to implement innovative health programs and services across Alberta. During her tenure in health care, her roles and accountability spanned all areas of the continuum of care. This has given her breadth of skill and experience working with all levels of leaders and managers in dynamic and complex situations.
Currently, Carol works with individuals who want to make a change to improve their performance, find the next career opportunity, create a change in a program or service that will improve the quality of care, or influence others to create a positive and productive work environment. She works with emerging and senior leaders and teams in healthcare organizations. Her clients say she understands the healthcare environment and “gets” the language and culture. She is known for her facilitative approach, astute insight, and knowledgeable perspective. She skillfully partners with her clients to move them to purposeful action and success.
Carol and her husband enjoy hiking in the Canadian Rockies and travelling internationally.
Rosa Edinga, MBA, PCC
Coach & Facilitator
In addition to being a mom, partner, daughter and soul tribe member, Rosa has spent the last decade coaching hundreds of public service/healthcare leaders and business owners to own their magic and crush their goals. She is also a coach’s coach—educating and mentoring aspiring coaches to develop and hone their own skills and practice.
Before shifting her focus to her big life and growing business, Rosa spent almost 15 years supporting public service leaders. She finished her career at the Alberta Public Service at the Ministry of Health, where she created and led the ministry leadership coaching program, supporting leaders at every level across the department. Rosa has also empowered healthcare leaders across Canada, working with organizations such as Covenant Health, Eastern Health, the Canadian College of Health Leaders, and CCHL’s Certified Health Executive Program participants. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Communications and has facilitated communications training for hundreds of people.
Rosa is driven, passionate, and the owner of big dreams, and she balances that with being a present mom, a supportive wife, a loving daughter to aging parents and the owner of an ever-messy home and piles of laundry.
Bruce H. Swan, DHA, CEC, PCC
Coach & Facilitator
Bruce coaches individuals and teams to grow personally and professionally. For him, coaching is a powerful partnership where learning, growth and transformation takes place. With over thirty years Senior Executive experience and 15 years experience operating his own coaching business, Bruce has seen first hand how coaching can help leaders of all kinds identify the path they need to take in order to guide their team to success and fulfillment.
In his practice, Bruce prides himself on his calming presence and ability to listen and meet clients where they’re without judgement. He views his clients as partners and works with them collaboratively to build a plan for their organizations and move forward. As part of his work, Bruce regularly stands in for senior leaders when they need a break. He is inspired by conversations with frontline staff at those workplaces, hearing over and over again that they want a leader who leads from the heart and who has a vision for the future of the business.
Bruce is a Professional Certified Coach with an undergraduate degree in Commerce, a Graduate Diploma in Hospital Administration and Graduate Diploma in Executive Coaching. He is also a qualified coach and facilitator of the LEADS in a Caring Environment Capabilities Framework through the Canadian College of Health Leaders and LEADS Canada.
When he’s not working, Bruce loves to spend quality time with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoys getting outside to walk, cycle and take time to breathe in the fresh air. He’s also an avid antique car buff and enjoys collecting and driving as a hobby.
Dr. Angie Hong, ACC
Coach
Angie has been a family doctor for over 20 years. In addition to her work as a family doctor, Angie is an expert in Obesity Medicine, focusing on both the mind and body aspects of this disease. With this, she has had the privilege to teach coaches and health care providers throughout North America at various schools and organizations including Obesity Canada, CBT Canada, University of Alberta, the University of Toronto among others.
In her role as one of the first family physicians in Ontario to attain board certification in Obesity Medicine, Angie broke many barriers to establish programs throughout her community to provide access to publicly funded comprehensive care for patients.
Angie is a graduate of the University of Toronto Brief Coaching Program, Angie has discovered the power of skilled coaching to empower change. She is passionate about bringing coaching to her colleagues who have devoted their lives to caring for others and deserve to consider their own growth and passions, both personally and professionally.
Angie lives in Toronto with her husband, three teenage daughters, and her dog Hugo. Her downtime is spent with family, friends. However, she can usually be found taking another course to increase her skills and knowledge.
Angie’s passion for life-long learning is driven by her commitment to provide the highest level of care and service to her patients and clients.
Fiona Fick, MA, ACC

As a Mindset & Leadership Coach, Fiona believes that a strong mindset is the foundation of success. She specializes in helping people identify how their current mindset is holding them back and to shift to one that provides the foundation for creating better outcomes, including dealing with difficult work situations, overcoming self-criticism and perfectionism, becoming more confident and productive, and dealing with stress and potential burnout.
With a diverse background that spans living in four countries, co-owning and managing a business, and working in health-focused research and the healthcare system, Fiona offers a unique, global perspective. Her experience allows her to quickly identify the hidden assumptions and barriers that may be holding clients back. As a committed thought partner, she provides a supportive and reflective space where clients can explore what leadership truly means to them, helping them grow into the leader they aspire to be.
Fiona holds an Associate Certified Coach designation, a Master’s degree in Applied Social Psychology, and is a Certified LEADS in a Caring Environment Capabilities Framework Specialist. Known for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and compassion, Fiona believes that people have more within them than they often realize. She helps her clients navigate the complex emotions of leadership and decision-making, guiding them to understand that challenges don’t equate to failure but are an opportunity for growth. She emphasizes that true power comes from self-management, not external control.
Based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Fiona enjoys summers by the lake and winter vacations that involve swimming and scuba diving with her husband. A lifelong learner, she’s constantly expanding her knowledge through books and podcasts, always looking to bring new insights to her coaching practice.
Allison Bichel, PHD, ACC

Allison is an experienced leader, coach, and consultant. Her career spans three decades with chapters in the private sector (health diagnostics), consulting (facilitation, project management, whole system engagement in change), and 10-years as a health executive. Coaching is woven through Allison’s career: she has personally benefitted from coaching, she’s used a coach approach leading teams, and she’s partnered as a coach with individuals and teams to create powerful shifts in life, leadership, and impact for clients served.
Allison is a passionate lifelong learner. She is captivated by complexity, the science and practice of change and innovation, and people’s capacity to grow and change. She has a reputation for collegial relationships and an informal, collaborative leadership style. She is deeply committed to engaging people to affect meaningful change. She thrives in complex, politically sensitive environments with diverse stakeholders and competing interests resulting in a track record of innovative program, product, and service development.
She lives in Okotoks, Alberta with Stuart her husband of thirty years, and their two labs Luna and Apollo. They can be found everyday walking and enjoying nature along the Sheep River. Her favorite thing is playing with Joseph, Thomas, and Julia, their three grown children and their partners as they begin their adulting adventures. She loves to cook, travel, play games, garden, and create art.
